Estare is a Canadian engineering and design firm serving the automotive and industrial sectors with cutting-edge prototyping, packaging, and fabrication solutions. We specialize in modular FRP packaging systems and custom manufacturing support for Tier 1–3 automotive suppliers. 

Estare was founded to build smarter, more sustainable solutions for the automotive and industrial sectors. With deep experience in engineering and manufacturing, we set out to rethink how packaging frames are designed and reused. ​

Our modular packseries+ Frames are lightweight, durable, and cost-effective—tailored for Tier 1–3 suppliers needing reliable, reusable systems that support just-in-time operations. ​

Chief Executive Officer

Vedagya Bakshi

Vedagya leads design, finance, and sales, guiding Estare with a vision for sustainable innovation. He has 8+ years in plastics, CAD, and quality systems, and holds a Master’s in Engineering. He’s also passionate about swimming, martial arts, and meditation.

Chief Operations Officer

Kelvin Yan

Kelvin oversees estimating, production, quality, and supply chain. With 12+ years in industrial engineering and automotive coatings, he ensures smooth operations. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Windsor and enjoys tennis.

VP of Engineering

Jay Astik

Jay leads R&D, product development, and purchasing. With 8+ years in automotive plastics and program management, he fosters a creative, efficient culture. He holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Windsor and enjoys pets and reading.

Director of IT

Neelesh Bakshi

Neelesh manages IT and ERP systems from India, bringing 30+ years of ERP/CRM expertise. He holds an MBA and adds fresh insight to design discussions. On weekends, he enjoys pickleball and family time.
