Industrial Pack Frame
Challenge: Steel frames in automotive logistics are heavy, costly, prone to corrosion, and often come with long lead times. These challenges slow down supply chains, increase operational costs, and reduce overall efficiency.
Our Solution: To address these, Estare developed the FRP Pack Frame. Lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant, it improves supply chain efficiency, reduces costs, and eliminates lengthy lead times—offering a sustainable, quicker alternative for OEMs and Tier suppliers.
Ergonomic Cutting Tool
Challenge: In fast-paced industrial environments, conventional box cutters cause excessive strain on operators due to repetitive use, leading to discomfort, inefficiency, and potential safety risks.

Our Solution: Estare identified this pain point and designed a unique ergonomic box cutter for a Tier 1 supplier. Focusing on comfort, safety, and efficiency, we optimized the cutter to reduce operator fatigue. We handled the entire process—from design and prototyping to small-batch production—delivering a tailored cutting solution that meets both safety and performance needs.
