A Period of Clarity, Challenge, and Growth
As Estare continues its journey of scaling advanced manufacturing innovation, moments of reflection are just as important as moments of execution.
Participating in the ScaleUP program with WEtech Alliance has been exactly that — a period of thoughtful challenge, sharper thinking, and honest conversations about what we are building and where it fits.
Over several months, ScaleUP consistently pushed our team to think more clearly, particularly around how we articulate our work, our value, and our long‑term direction as a company operating at the intersection of manufacturing, logistics, and innovation.
The Value of Direct Feedback
One of the most meaningful aspects of the ScaleUP experience was the directness of feedback.
These weren’t surface‑level adjustments. There were moments where we had to revisit assumptions, rethink positioning, and rebuild parts of our narrative from the ground up. That process — while challenging — is exactly what growth requires.
For founders building in complex, hardware‑driven industries, clarity is not optional. ScaleUP created space for that clarity to emerge through honest dialogue and thoughtful guidance.
Acknowledging the People Behind the Program
Growth does not happen in isolation.
We are deeply thankful to the ScaleUP team and growth coaches who invested their time, insight, and experience into Estare’s progress:
Adam Castle
Colin McKillop
Camille Kennedy
Richard Lee
Susy Kustra
Their perspective and accountability played a meaningful role in pushing our thinking forward and strengthening how we approach scale.
Why Programs Like ScaleUP Matter for Founders
Scaling a startup — especially in manufacturing — requires more than technology and ambition. It requires:
Clear communication
Honest self‑assessment
A willingness to unlearn and adapt
External perspectives that challenge internal bias
ScaleUP provided an environment where those elements could coexist constructively, helping turn complexity into direction.
Looking Ahead
The ScaleUP journey marks a chapter — not a conclusion.
With stronger clarity around who we are, what we’re building, and how we communicate our value, Estare moves forward with renewed focus and intention.
We’re grateful for the experience, appreciative of the people, and excited for what comes next.
